Rowi Alfata was born on February 18, 1996 in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. As a sophomore of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at Universitas Indonesia, he is currently actively participating in various organizations. Since 2014, he has been becoming staff of Solar Division of Energy Forum Faculty of Engineering, an organization which focus on study of renewable energy. He is also a member of Nano Research Society, and have been doing research on how to prolong Lithium-based batteries. Moreover, he is also actively participating as a volunteer teacher at Technique Informal School, a social movement in providing education for children from disadvantaged background in the outskirt of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.
